The wizard comes two ways. The free one in the browser is not a demo — it writes the whole rules file, with every section, style and underlay. The paid one adds one more screen: you write your own rules, it folds each line into the section it belongs in, and it reads them back for vague wording, contradictions with the rules already there, and repeats. Both are one HTML file with no network in them.
